Process for Applying Loan

Dear All,

I am planning to setup a goat & diary farm in my 4 Acres land. I heard nabard providing subsidy for such developments. I have few questions below. Those who got through/have an idea on that please provide your valuable inputs here.

1. What are the pre-requisites that need to be deployed before applying for Loan?
2. Which bank should i go and check for? Any private banks or only nationalized banks? My land is in virudhunagar district.
