Private Limited Company

Kindly inform whether 3 or 4 farmers with their land holdings can incorporate a Private Limited Company & transfer their land holdings to such a Company.
Can such a Company then develop farm houses & sell to individuals or other institutions?
How much stamp duty is applicable on the sale of such farm houses?
Kindly advise.
Any feedback (correct) would be appreciated.

Forming Comoany :-
3 to 4 People can form a private limited company.
If this is your single project then form a partnership company, construct houses, form a society and sell it.
If you are planning to do such business for long term them form private limited compnay, construct houses, form a society and sell it.

Stamp Duties:-
If sell is within 25 lacs
A) 6% percent stamp duty
B) 1% percent registration charges.

2) If it is more than 25 lacs
A) 7%t stamp duty
B) 1.1% registration charges
