Question Pomegranate and moringa farming in Odisha

Looking for guidance for pomegranate and moringa farming in Odisha.
The limb cuttings of Moringa or are planted in the pits during the months of June to August.
Similarly Pomegranate air layering plants are usually done in rainy season ( July –August ) and in spring ( Feb-Mar ) in sub tropical and tropical regions .
The monsoon rains during the period facilitate easy rooting and further growth.
The seeds of annual moringa may be directly dibbled in the pit to ensure accelerated and faster growth of the seedlings.
The best suited season for sowing the seeds is September under Southern Indian conditions.
Mosambi can be a viable fruit crops for crop diversification in tribal hill regions of Odisha. Acid lime and Mandarin is cultivated in Deogarh, Ganjam and Mayurbhanj districts of Odisha .
Odisha Govt also provides subsidy for horticulture crops i.e. Pomegranate , Banana , Pineapple , Papaya , Guava etc. Rs 19K-30 K per Ha

35% subsidy is also available for pomegranate if the area of plantation is more than five acres
