Hello,

I am new to this field. I am going to start polyhouse for capsicum first then other vegetables. I have land inTamil Nadu

I have few question :

1)what is the minimum and maximum yield i can get from 1 acre in worst condition

2) I wanted to know how should I market/sell the capsicums produced in my polyhouse.

3) What should be the rate per kg I should get.

Please help me.

Hello sir,
Under poly house you can expect 50 to 80t/ha with good package of practice, worst condition it can yield 30 t/ha (outside).
marketing of capsicum should not be problem because now a days all the restaurants require capsicum and vegetable market is organized to some extent you will get a market. minimum capsicum price in karnataka is Rs.16/kg and maximum up to 200/kg
