I would like to know what are the pro's and con's of banana cultivation ,i have planned to start in 4 acre plot.

Banana is a low land crop
irrigation is a necessity in Banana.
Regular desuckering, mettocking is very necessary.
sanitaion is a must in Bannana
Transportation and market is also needed to be feasible.
