Somebody expressed that how it's possible to earn one crore in ten years?.This is a good question and also it's opt time for clarify and clear your doubts.Kindly recollect the some events of teak cultivation twenty years back.Some 2000 crores rupees was swallowed by some plantations company in tamilnadu ,Karnataka and andhra pradesh.If anybody raised the question about teak cultivation and it's return? Where the people gone during that time? Recently in tamilnadu some six hundred crores swallowed by the emu bird rearing company.But here we are giving them malabar neem seedling to the farmers to cultivate in their land not ours land.The malabar neem tree is very fast growth in arboriculture/tree plantations.The malabar neem tree growth is observed and proved by the forest department.Sri Kumaravelu ,chief conservator forest, tamilnadu exploited the findings of malabar neem plantations.And also the malabar neem timber will have very opted coal calorical reading in biomas I.e 5123.Mr Kumaravelu ,chairman for planing commission (now) requested the farmers to cultivate malabar neem for the benefit of the nation .

Best of my knowledge, malabar vepa will give good returns in 10 - 13 years for sure. If 200-300 plants per acre are matured, each of them will fetch an amount of Rs.5000/- to 6000/- and there is no wonder to earn 80,00,000 to 1 cr. But I wonder how it is possible to get 1.8cr in just 6yrs. JD Group has to clear it.

Quality, Maintained & Observation has proved Melia Dubia can be matured at the level of 2190 days to 2555 days.
As for your best knowledge you said one can plant 200-300 plants in an acre but you need to understand that there is high parameter in your own knowledge of 100 trees difference.Which can make 30% difference on your Yield.
Let us know where your proposed land located & in how many acres Rare Material planning to plant Melia Dubia?
