Pest Control ideas for Rose plants

Hi Experts,

I have planted couple of Rose plants on roof top. They attracted pests these days. All the leaves of Plants became pale Yellow and falling to the ground.

I have used a lot of vermi compost for the rose plants. ( Could it be reason for pests ? )

Some local experts suggested me to use MONOCIL (Monochrotophos) 2 ml / one liter of water and sprinkle of leaves. Regularly.

I found no improvement.

Need more suggestions.

You may use biopesticides like Beauvaria Bassiana for cutting pests and Verticillium lecanni for sucking pest with no residue & long term protection.
