I am planning to do the plantation in Bangladesh. The area is situated in 26.25°N , 88.50° E.
Temperature
30.2°C (max), 10.1° C (min).

Rainfall
2931 mm
Its soil is sandy, alluvial and bears close affinity with the soil of the old Himalayan basin. It is 150 feet high from the sea level.I would like to know if in this kind of environment eloganta species of paulownia is good for plantation??

Does some one has any idea about this plantation in India or Bangladesh or anywhere.....

Some proponents claim that P. elongata plantations can reach a harvestable size in five to seven years[citation needed]. Leaves are very large and pubescent. This species can withstand a very wide range of environmental conditions, however, it will not grow at altitude.

As you already know, the climatic conditions of your site would fit Paulownia, however, you should take into account that this tree requires well-drained soil (underground water level at least 1.5/2 meter below the surface).
