I apprecaite the posting of Mr. Pankaj Pillai, If you want burnt your fingers, go for Pathimugam, the sappan wood. There is no market for the same, except some parts of Kerala. People are selling plants of this Sappan, Mangium, Agar and Konda vepa (Melia dubia) by promising millions of rupees. All of this plants are making money for the plant sellers. Not for farmers. Beware of this false proejcted incomes. Unfortunately there is no control over this false promises, where this plants sellers are promising millions of rupees. Beware farmers! What Mr. Panka had experiacaed, many farmers who had the same experiace, who cultivated Pathimugam, sapppan and agar.
