Question Paddy Straw

Is there someone in this forum who can give an update the seasons/availability when and where do we get paddy straws throughout the year in Tamilnadu.

North Indian farmers are burying their agro waste and people are suffering from the carbon of the fire in around the states of New Delhi. I think, you will get wheat straw from North Indian states like Punjab, UP etc.
