Hello,
I have orchard/agriculture land for sale in Rajgarh, District Sirmour, Himachal Pradesh. The total area is 80 bighas (16 acres).
The land is suitable for Horticulture/Floriculture/Agriculture (Cash crops)/orchard.
The land is at a height of 6000 feet.
Present plantations at the orchard is Peach/Apricot/Plum and new plantation of Apple.
Water is available all through the year.

please be advised that a non himachali cannot buy agriculture land in Himachal.

one acre comprises of 5 bighas.... so the total land is 16 acres....

price per bigha is Rs 3.5 lakh.... per acre is Rs 17.5 lakh...

Do provide details of the expected cost, and the plots proximity to the closest known town, just to get some idea of its geographical relevance. Also, the available sources of water.
