hello to all,
Well, am very intrested to start a business of organic fruits and vegetables at kerala. It would be like buying organic fruits and vegetables from different parts of country- like apples from himachel, watermellon from u.p, etc. and selling at kerala. Yes, i want to start a wholesale market of organic fruits and veggies at kerala but i need your great knowledge and instruction from the begning to the end....Is there any one with that extend of great knowledge who can help me..how to start up...where to begin with ?

Dear Mr.Kuruvila,

Your idea is good. For vegetables go for contract farming -

(open field,polyhouse cultivation) - for year round production

as per your demand. In Idukki lot of people entering polyhouse cultivation

with the support of churches. From Idukki -you can get

Tomatoes, cherry tomatoes, broccoli, cabbage,cauliflower,chineese cabbage

celery cabbage, beans, squashes, yam bean, etc...
