Need to start up dairy farm in Pollachi- Suggest me if this is good business

Hi Everyone,

I want to start up the cow dairy farm. I have 1.5 acre land in pollachi on unapproved. I try to to get approval to rise the building for workers and cow shed and electricity. Unfortutnately didn't get because unapproved. I will invest max 4 lakh for this dairy farm and don't know about the steps of subsidary for farm and what are needs to be do for create start up farm.

Kindly suggest me.
