Absolutely insignificant land.10 acres is too paltry, say nothing worth considering.Till your land is minimum 20-25 acres with all essential criteria e.g. irrigation water based farm,barbed wire fenced land protection,easily available labour resources in the nearby areas etc(essential requirements), one can forget about any contract farming, what to talk of 5 crops in 15 months! Adversely affecting agriculture are various dissuading factors e.g. proximity to jungle,plenties of elephants,monkeys,wild pigs and rodents in the area.In that case even essential criteria will fail.
