Need suggestions to start-up poultry farm business.

Dear all,
I'm raghu nandan basically I'm an engineer in MNC company working since 4 years ..I will work another 3-5 years after that I want go back to my village , I have 2 hector land ..Please suggest me which business is suitable for current market I have planning to make koli form ..but I do not have any idea about this type of agricultural things...but I'm very interested to do this..let me know which business is profitable
