Need suggestions for soalar panel instllation

I have one borewell in my paddy field which runs by diesel oil. I want to give supply to the motor from solar panels. please tell any one how do i install solar panels to the existed motor and who will i approach.

you can go through the vendors in MNRE (www.mnre.gov.in) but in telangana they are not called for vendors last two years.

if it is in Andhra Pradesh 90% subsidy and 10% payment and in 15 days installation
in Telanagana it is 40% subsidy 40% loan and 20% subsidy ( not giving now)

Solar panel can pull if water available less than 300 ft.

Asper above information we got idea about what percentage of subside we get its clear . If we want that solar pump set where we should go and to whom we should meet. Is there any particular wing for it . So kindly share
