I have 1acre land in uttarakanna cda district in karnataka. it is a place surrounded by hills so the soil is very sticky because the water comes from hills fills in the land so at present it is empty we want to cultivate it. Need suggestion which crop is suitable for that. and I wanted to plant Neem in border as i can get profit by 10 years from now at the time of my daughter's marriage.
