Need suggestion to start a goshala and senior citizen group home near mumbai

I am Raajan from Mumbai.I have about 12 acres of agricultural land very near to Mumbai.Let me be clear that this land does not belong to me but I have an offer to utilise for any business related to agriculture,senior citizen home,Dairy etc.The land has the self contained residence facility,electricity and ample water supply.
As I am a senior citizen,I am not able to utilise all alone.
Please contact me with ideas of what activities can be done to get the maximum output from the land.
