Need suggestion for what is organic rice?

What is organic rice? Hi I am new new to organic cultivation… I like to grow rice in natural way… now my question is can I buy organic rice seeds to where, where its available. It means the seeds source also should be organic one , seeds are not treated to any chemicals it is possible?
