Wanted Need loan of 15 lakhs against my agriculture land in Latur district of Maharashtra.

Hello

I am salaried employee having 5+ year of experience. We have land on my father's name against which I need 15 lakh loan. You can called it as mortgage loan against our land.

Property belongs from Latur district of Maharashtra.

Can someone please help me with this?

Hi, You can apply for KCC loan on agriculture land and loan amount can be 50000 to 2 lakh per acre. And if you want more then you should go for project loan. On project bank can give you 70-80% loan of total project cost. But the value of agriculture land must be 2 times high of loan amount.
