Question Need inputs on starting a farm

I am really happy to have this forum.
Myself sanjay a wannabe farmer
I am on the verge of buying 4 acre land Karkala, Karnataka . Have been interested in natural organic farming .
I would like to grow in five layer Panchantarangini model:-
Macadamia
Lemon/nutmeg/
Mango (hybrid small one)
Avocado(spruning)
And turmeric/ ginger / bush pepper/ chilly/ with some beans / pigeon peas etc

I would really be happy if experts/ professionals of the forum give their opinion on suitability of chosen crop to the region and weather this model can be developed or not

Alternately I am also thinking of rambutan / cocunut
Guava /coco
Mangostein
Arecanut
Banana
Avocado
Final layer the same as above

Interesting being on this forum. I am really interested in Agriculture . I have planted some fruits on my one plot land in Ikorodu, Nigeria. Some of the fruits are Banana, Guava, Papaya, Coconut and Plantain. I want to lease land and go into serious agriculture in 2025.

I am not Indian but I used to work for an Indian when I was in the UK. His name is Shah. There are also Indians in my country- Nigeria. I hope to learn a lot on this forum about Agriculture. My name is Emmanuel. Thanks.
