Need information on spirulina production.

Hi
I am interested in spirulina farming. Please help me with the details. I am totally new to Agriculture, so please give all the details such as minimum land requirements, infrastructure needed, financial investment needed etc.
If training is provided somewhere please guide me. I am from Bengaluru but willing to attend classes in Tamil nadu also.
