Need ideas of farming on hilly area

Dear Sirs,

Could you please provide the ideas of farming in hilly area in maharashtra, only problem is land is a bit far away and not easily accessible, hence looking for crops which do not require much attention.

You can try 'permaculture',especially from 'Sepp Holzer'. Google it ,and find a totally new dimension in farming.There are some very good youtube videos also.
