Need help to set up farm.

Hi. I have about 40 acres of Agricultural land in Raigad district. It is presently in a bare condition. I want to know if there is any agency who can take up the job of levelling the plot with jcb, put barbed fence or cactus fencing, drill bore well 4 nos. excluding pumps etc.
