Need help to manage the farm

We have about 30 acres of farming lands near Hosur area and would like to start the farming activities. We need a watchman to stay and maintain the farm. This should be preferably a family and we can provide a house and other basic amenities. We are willing to pay upto Rs. 5000 per month as salary for the right folks. Please let me know if anyone is available. Thanks!

I hope your watchman to be net-savy or atleast computer literate, who can search jobs on net and read this ad of yours. If thats true then your salary for the watchman is very low as compared to his tech education. I hope you offer 50,000 Rs per month.
