i can give details for more yield with better quality.but for marketing details you search in your near by area because with 5 acre yield you cannot catch up market of distance places.

hi sir
always select soils into which water goes inside/absorbs fast.otherwise that means if water stays/retains in the aloe cultivating lands total plant/crop will be damaged/rotten undoutedly.water logging condition is dangerous to the aloe vera crop
