Need guidance to start a farm house Business in Kerala

Greetings.

This is to requesting that, i have planning to start a farm house business in my native place (Kerala-Kottayam) . I need your support, Guidelines and information from your side. If you have any plan related to farm house please share with me. Now i am working in muscat and i am planning to start the business in 2020 so i need a proper planning for that.
Please refer the below mentioned points could understand you what i need..
* Need a proper floor plan what all items can include in that area (Compost, Farm House area, waste management.. etc..)
* approximately Coast for the farm house (10- bufallo, 200 - Hen, 50 Cow, Fish)
* For the farm house how much area to be required
* Hidden expenses
* Formalities from municipality
* Any loan facility available for NRI (3 years completed in abroad )
* Any viral epidemic precautions
* Insurance policy should we taken ?
* Animal husbandry related details for above mentioned
* Separate insurance for animals
* Government support
* Hidden problems and precautions
