Need guidance start-up aloevera farming

Hi frnds am yogendra singh from bundi rajasthan. Need guidence start up aloe vera farming in bundi rajasthan. My father a farmer but they grow only wheat soyabean sarao and earn limited but i want more earing though farming so please help how to grow and how to sale in market.
