Need guidance on fencing my land proposed for farming

Hello everyone! We have a 11 acre land situated in the outskirts of Rajganpur, Odisha, where we have proposed to start an agribusiness in near future. The land currently is partial barren and partial jungle. Please suggest me some cheap and effective ways to fence it. Also the area is prone to theft which risks even the substance used for fencing, hence expensive products can't be used. Thanks!

Start with Cactus at the outer fence...Nobody touches that and even the animals wont eat it.

You can propagate from cuttings.
