Need guidance for dairy farm business

I have few more queries below. Kindly help me clarify my doubts.

1. Is there any dairy farming investment projects in our country where I can invest and get the returns?
2. Is it a good idea to lease a land to start dairy farming near Bangalore? or lease a built dairy farm house?
3. Starting with 3-5 cows how much land is required?

Q:1: Yes. There are such projects with us, even close to Bangalore. How much you can invest? We have a big project of around 100 acres with facility for 60-70 cows in AP,with all other infrastructure. Please mail us for further details.
Q:2: It depends upon your interests and investment capacities. Lease lands close to Bangalore will be costly and also difficult to get. You can get at rates of Rs. 15 K-30 K per acre leas rent per year, in places more than 70-80 Km away from Bangalore, mainly towards AP. You can try to get a built dairy for lease. Normally difficult.
3. You need a minimum of one/two acre: Per cow, shed space is 40-60 Sq ft: You need around 1500-2000 Sq ft cow shed and other built facilities.
