Need expert advise best options for crops under shadow.

We are organic farmer and Gir cow breeder in Gujarat. We are taking care of around 70 pure breed Gir cows in a state of the Art Gaushala. We have planned for Moringa plantations in the farm. we need to utilise the land fully by growing suitable crops which are best for growing under the shadow of Moringa trees.
Initially, we are advised for the plantations for Ginger and turmeric and certain grasses.
Can an expert advise us for the best options and proven experiences of other progressive farmers. This will help us to use the land under shadow. We also want to visit few such field visits in any part of the country. Expers and farmers may like to help and advise.
