Need agriculture land in Tumkur or Kunigal

Hi,

We need land from 5 acres to 50 acres in the following places, Tumkur and Kunigal, at a distance not more than 100 kms from Bangalore. Price should be below 2 lakh per acre.

Rerquisites
- Should be general property
- Good water resources (Max depth of 500 ft for borewells in sourounding plots)
- Good red soil, fine with gravel but suitable for agriculture
- Approach road.
- Clear title deeds and no disputes

Preference to levels lands. We are not looking for costly lands which are already developed as we want to do farming and we know how to do it. Can mail on . All dealings will be in cash only.

Sorry,

Sagar, Would be pretty far away for the kind of farming which we will do as the markets are in Andhra and the higher transportation time will result in the flowers loosing its lusture.

we have lands near gubbi and madhugiri,100 km from bangalore,total area is under good water source,even the open wells are working(gubbi).good and fertile lands.multiple crops of different age groups(gubbi).clear documents and genunine ownership.the extent of the lands.are as follows.
GUBBI area,
1.52 acres,1000 coconut,100 mango trees,remaining is open land under cultivation of seasonel crops.2-borewells.price total Rs.4.50crores
2.18 acres , 700 trees of mixed combination,including coconut.3 borewells,price 6.30 lac/acre.
