Need Advice to develop a Herbal Farm

Need some one to guide us in putting up a Herbal Farm at Kalakad, Tirunelveli District, Tamil Nadu.
We have extensive lands of our own abutting the Kalakad Reserve Forests on the Hill slopes (about 50 Acres). Can get another 50 acres if required. Same time, advice on how to receive the various funds / sanctions from Government's, etc to be carried out.
