looking for around 50-200 acres of barren land, should be in range of 5000-20000 per acre. within 100-200 kms of major cities like Pune, Nashik & 10 kms from town/village with ST/Train head. convenience of mobile coverage / electricity / access road is desirable. if found suitable will do spot settlement
