We are looking for Mashroom Technician.

Can anyone help me identifying, honest, reliable, dedicated,determined and expert mushroom technician who knows the job to set up and manage to give good result in Abu Dhabi.

We are trying to start on v small scale indoor mashroom in two rooms in Abu Dhabi, UAE, if succeed ,we will expand.
So can u pls help me to give a person who practically worked in this & can b able to setup from start this small mushroom plant and give good result.The job profile will b set up and manage the plant & give good result. We dont want v highly qualified but v simple low profile but must know job properly & humble & adjusting in nature. If we like cv, we will give visa+accomodatio+salary. As it is not commercial salary will b depending upon experience but ranges from approx 1500 dhs for first one yr contract depending on the experience. If work is liked may increase in first 3 months but maximum salary candide will reach is dh 2,000 in first year as it is not commercial but once it is transformed to commercial and the performance is more than satisfactory, he will given considered and maay get extension with better salary than in this period of one year.
If performance is good & we expand, we may extend contract and give more salary depending on the project.
Pls guie in this. We will prefer person from Mumbai side, Jalgaon, Nasik, Aurangabad, Surat, Thane etc.

Dear Sir,
In todays market you wont get a house maid in that much salary, even if someone has basic knowledge of mushrooms and some land he can easily earn that much amount himself.. Even a low profile grower will ask for atleast 4000 to 5000 dhs.. Anyway best of luck to you in your search..

Please inform what sort of a mushroom are U planing to grow and the area of the growing room. If U paln for button mushroom it will not be possible to grow at all. If Oyster & milky mushrooms you can still grow. Again you will need a sufficient area for substrate preparation, spawn run etc.

We want to grow normal mushroom & Here is details of rooms,pls reply intrested.

Please you may see the dimensions of the two rooms that where used for mushroom growing before . It is two store from the first one stairs go to the second it is like mezzanine type of building or shops . The downstairs room dimensions 5.2X8.10X2.5 meters (W. L. H.) the upstairs dimensions 5.2X 7.80X 2.15 meters ( W.L.H.). I think we can make shelves in side each room and have trays on the shelves to grow the mushroom . in each room there are two split units of A C. may be between 2 to2.5 tons capacity not sure about the capacity Mitsubishi brand . There are two unit of humidifier very primitive way nozzles and fan may be we need more proficient humidifiers . it has normal light . there is exhaust fan in each room . there is a bath room downstairs as a source of water . the floors are tiles cover very good tiles .
