Hi, I want to grow culinary mushrooms at home. How do I go about it. I reside in Pune, Maharashtra. I do not know where can I find information for this.

u can start with oyester mushrrom at home itself. u just need paddy straw, mushroom spawn, racks, boiled wter thats it.

ill guide u, but for spawn ull have to see he nearest source. if possible contact

1. 3 varieties of oyster(florida, HU, Sajor-kaju)
2. Milky mushroom
3. 3 varieties of button(Blazei, Bisporus, Bitorquis)

a few years back i had set up a full unit for developing spawns
due to some unavoidable reason we could not go ahead with our project
we are now very keen to start it
to give you a brief
