Marigold and Makhmal are not the same plant .
Makhmali is Gomphrena globosa , also called Globe amaranth ,Vadamalli is an edible plant , produces clover-like flowers in pink, purple, white, orange and red .

Shade dried flowers are used as herbal tea and aqueous extracts of whole plant is used in 'bioceutical' formulations . Mixed seed rate : Rs 700-800 / 10 gms + courier charge
