Males Calves

We have a small set up of dairy with milking cows about 33 and we have about 18 males calves, Can some body help me how they are handling this? is there any other option other than selling them . is there any research oragnization in india where we can sell them. Please advice.

which breed male calves is this if it is cross breed of HF and Jersy not much demand you can sell it to cow brokers if our indian breeds like amruthmahal , gir etc they have good demand in the market
