The Model, Production capacity and Price are as follows

The advantages of the machine are

1. The machine is powered with a 15 Hp diesel engine. And diesel engine cost is also included in the cost of the machine.
2. No separate foundation in required for the machine. The machine can be shifted any where whenever needed.
3. The die can be altered according to the brick size.
3. No technically trained labour is needed to run the machine. Even 10 ladies can run the machine.
4. The cost is very low compared to its production capacity.
5. The machine can produce wire-cut bricks, which is of good strength and quality and uniform size compared to handmade bricks.
6. The machine can be used in poor soil conditions also.
7. The produced bricks can be stacked to 6-8 bricks height since brick is of good strength.
( In normal handmade process the bricks to laid one by one in rows in ground which will need more land and space for drying up the bricks.)
8. The machine can be purchased under self help group scheme of the government and for the construction of the “Hoffman Kiln” or “VSBK Kiln” you can arrange credit from bank in the self help group name.
9. By using this machine the trained labour availability problem in the brick industry can be solved, since any person can run this machine.
