Looking out for Good breed cow in Tamilnadu

Hi,

My Name is Ravi we are currently running a small dairy form in our village near Thiruvarur (Tamil Nadu)

I am currently looking out for better breed as we are aiming bring down our operational cost. (Well the current breeds that we are using is Valampuri which gives us about 10 to 12 litrs milk per day)

Our target to get minimum of 20 litrs per day hence, kindly help me in finding out the better breed that suits our climate condition, location from do i get them & the approximate cost of the same.

Hi Antony, I am situated in Kanchipuram, Tamilnadu.
Do you have the vellore address to see and select the cow / matured calf
Actually i am looking for a Matured calf any breed which should withstand a temperature of 40 deg celsius. Kindly advise me.

Please try to have desi breed the breed which you have is excellent breed , even if you get hf or jercy you cannot get above 15 ltrs in your climatic condition also maintaining and feeding of your cross breed cows is 70 % high than breeding desi breed i have 8 years experience in dairy for your kind information
