Looking for Some Advice on Color Capsicum Production

Hello Friends,

I am here on behalf of my father and I want to take him his farming skills to another level now rather than producing the regular seasonal food. I belong to Kharar, Mohali. Very Near to Chandigarh

We have 3 acres of land that is used for regular seasonal food production, I am really interested in production Yellow/Red Capsicum.

Kindly anyone please let me know what to do, where to start. Please advice. I am really new to Farming
