Wanted Looking for small agri land for dairy business

Hi

I am Corporate NRI, who want to start / invest in dairy business.
Looking for farm land 1 acre or more in areas near to Pune, Maharastra.
Should be max 30 kms away from central pune in any direction.
Should be plain land, have access to water and electricity.
Already having some build up like cow shed or even small 1-2 rooms (Caretaker stay) is big plus.
No bar on cost of the land.

When cost is not a constraint, you can find Quality land in Pune.
Mulshi Rd. & Velhe might suit you as it has good climate, ample water supply & cheap labor.
