The property is fully irrigated 16 acre. the plantation can be called has a complete farm because it has more than 5000+ fruiting plants..

it is a good idea , if all like minded people join we can have a small mini community of friends . I am shiva kumar working in government sector interested in these type of ventures , If anyone willing to sell or join such projects pls consider me . U can contact me at shivabsk81@gmail.com . I am interested in the cheap farm lands around 70 kms around city center with good bus and train connectivity and a connecting road. pls contact me if anyone have such lands in mind .

Infact i am waiting for such good offers after the formation of the state of telangana the prices will sure fall and we can get a good buy.

No brokers or middle men , they jackup the prices to exborbitant levels , sometimes 2-3 times the actual value of the land while the poor farmer gets peanuts and we buyers are also cheated..
