I wish to make some things clear.The person (not land owner)cultivating land is required to get it properly ploughed at his own cost without asking the ploughing cost from land owner.Furthermore Person providing land has to pay 50% cost of seeds,manure,irrigation etc.Mere providing land is not enough.I hope I have made the terms and conditions clear.
