I would like to give a different view for the idea of dairy project you have envisaged.

Any investor putting in higher investment will not treat you as an important partner in project.
I feel you should finalise a path of entreprenuership youself which will work, may be it may take little long may be 3 to 5 years to take full shape, but it is your project and you will succeed.
