Wanted Looking for advice / tie up to cultivate cash crops in Chennai .

Hi Friends,

I wish to cultivate my huge agricultural land in Chennai (near Sriperumbedur) into growing come good cash crops with good yield & returns.

Can anyone advice what kind of cash crops / plants could be grown in Chennai & we could dedicate the crops exclusively for a corporate companies.

Also is Aloe vera a good plant for Chennai conditions & if grown in bulk, can they be buyers for this?

I am also willing to enter into a long terms consultant tie up / contract who can take responsibility as an agriculturist in identifying the crops & entering into 3rd party tie ups.

Since you are very near to Chennai, you can grow vegetables organically and there is huge market for organic products in Chennai.

How much land do you own?

Would advise you to attend a seminar tomorrow at A.C. Tech, Anna University, Guindy, Chennai - 32 from 9:00 AM to 8:00 PM and you would be able to meet many local farmers there.

I would love to visit your farm as well. Let me know where you are put up.
