Leasing out Farm Land in Pune (4-5 Acres) for 3 years

My Uncle has a farm land in Pune near Kesnand, Pune and is about 4-5 acres. We want to lease it out for agricultural projects. Let me know if anyone is interested.

Dear Sir,

Please inform whether you may sell a small part of the land, say 20 cents, for constructing building and lease the remaining land on a long term lease period.

If so, kindly advise price of land and annual lease rent.

Also advise precise location, clear boundary with fence, road access, power and electricity connection, and all details necessary to decide the transaction.

The land is located near Kesnand (Pune) with the following facilities:

1) House within the area for family stay
2) Large well - 24-hour irrigation facility
3) Power facility
4) Fenced completely
5) Close proximity to Nagar road
