First of all, 1 cent =436sq ft(435.6 precisely) , 100 cents = 1 acre which is 43560 sq ft. happy that I thought you something today. And by any chance have you come across this area, whr my land is? Have you inquired about the pricing around? What price did the last registration happened? Plz do some homework before commenting.
