The land is located at doravarisatram village & mandal Nellore District on NH- 5 national highway .

There is amla plantation ( 10 year old plants) on 10 acres, rest is vacant.

very good water & fertile red sandy loam soil.

The location is exactly at a halfway distance between CHENNAI & NELLORE ( chennai to nellore 190 kms)
