Dear buyers we a group of agents got the following land all over tamilnadu.

1. 100 acres of black soil best suits for paddy and sugarcane , currently no cultivation.nearby paddy is under cultivation.40 feet water table.from veepur it is 13 kms inside on the NH 47.Nearest landmarks are villlupuram andf ulundurpet.
85000 per acre.

2. red soil land in and around trichy district with bore and power connection in the range of 2,50,000 per acre.

3.red soil land in Dharmapuri district in the range of 90,000 pert acre(empty land).

I am looking to buy land - 1 to 2 acres @ 75000 to 90000 per acre in Tamil Nadu. I would prefer land within 150 kms of Chennai . Land needs to have good, clean water source.

want 1 or 2 acres land @ Rs 50,000 to 75,000 per acre around 150 kms from chennai in any remote village with road and water facility to grow plants and trees.Contact ASAP @
